Established in 2008, HEADEWAY is a leading manufacturer specializing in whole-home custom cabinetry, including custom wardrobes, custom kitchen cabinets, and other tailored storage systems. With a 58,000㎡ smart production base, we are proud to be the first fully automated furniture factory in East China.
Every day, we produce over 3,000 custom units using German HOMAG robotic lines, fully integrated with MES and VMIS intelligent management systems. Our BIM and VR cloud design platforms enable precise 3D planning and seamless communication with clients—turning ideas into high-quality, space-optimized solutions.
With 12 patented technologies and a footprint across 78 cities, HEADEWAY delivers over 300,000㎡ of custom cabinetry annually—offering innovative, eco-friendly, and efficient solutions for modern living.
